Create a state-wide registration, share the link with your state members, and approve Ministry positions — all in one place.
You need to be logged in to create a registration.
The SvS Ministry Registration tool replaces spreadsheets and Discord ping-storms. A state coordinator creates a registration with time slots for each position, shares two links, and approves applications — all in one place.
Enter your state number, SvS date, the alliance tags allowed to register, and the ministry positions with their available time slots. Each position can have multiple 30-minute slots spread across different SvS days.
Send the Player Registration Link to your state members (via Discord, LINE, or WhatsApp). Players pick which slots they want, enter their in-game name, alliance, and submit. No WoSTools account required to apply.
The R4/R5 Management Link gives other state coordinators full access to review, approve, reject, and assign slots to applicants — no WoSTools account required. Keep this link private.
In the management view, approve or reject each applicant. Once approved, assign them to specific time slots. You can edit position slots at any time, and close the registration when all positions are filled.
Link the registration to your state Discord server with /ministry link [id]. Members can then apply directly in Discord with /ministry submit.
Each ministry position has a set of 30-minute time slots. Players select which slots they want to hold when applying. Coordinators can generate slots for a full day in one click, or add specific ranges manually.
Require R4/R5 approval before a player is confirmed. Use these for competitive positions where you want to control who gets assigned. The applicant is placed in a queue until you approve and assign them.
Can be claimed instantly by any eligible player — no approval needed. Useful for off-peak hours or positions with low demand. Toggle FFA per individual slot using the FFA button on each slot chip.
Enable the Require speedup days checkbox on a position to ask applicants how many speedup days they have available for each SvS day they select. Use this to prioritise the strongest candidates.
During State vs State (SvS), ministry positions control specific prep-phase day bonuses state-wide. Only one player per slot can hold a position at a time, so coordination is essential.
Gives +10% building speed, +10% research speed, and +10% troop training speed state-wide. Active on Day 1 (Construction), Day 2 (Research), and Day 4 (Troop Training).
Gives +50% troop training speed and +200 increased training capacity state-wide. Typically active on Day 4 (Troop Training) — one of the most impactful positions.
Add any position your state uses — Military Governor, Resources Governor, Knight of the State, and more. The tool supports any custom position name with its own independent slot schedule.
Any R4 or R5 of the leading alliance can create the registration. Once created, share the management link with other R4/R5s so they can help review and assign slots — no WoSTools account required on their end.
When you add alliance tags (e.g. [WOST], [ICE]), only players from those alliances can submit an application. This prevents players from enemy states or uninvited alliances from registering. Leave it empty to allow anyone with the link to apply.
Use the slot generator to auto-fill a full day (e.g. Day 1, 00:00–24:00 generates 48 slots). Then toggle individual slots to FFA for off-peak hours nobody is likely to want, and keep prime-time slots as regular so you can hand-pick the best applicants.
When Require speedup days is enabled on a position, players must report how many speedup days they have for each day they apply for. Use this to prioritise applicants who can contribute the most — a Vice President with 60+ speedup days will make a bigger difference than one with 5.
Yes. In the management view, use Edit Slots on any position to add or remove time slots. Note that removing an already-approved slot will require you to re-assign the affected player.
Yes. Use the Close Registration button in the management view to stop accepting new applications — the submit form disappears for players. You can reopen it at any time. Closing also sends a summary of approved positions to your linked Discord channel.
