• Rally utility: Buffs mitigation and provides periodic “momentum” windows that swing attack cycles.

• Mixed-comp synergy: Directly strengthens Infantry + Marksmen (Combined Arms), while also scaling value with Lancer attack cycles.

• Not a pure DPS hero: Her power is in enabling stronger marches/defenses rather than topping damage charts.

• Works best in mixed troop types (Infantry + Marksman support).

• Lower personal carry potential: If you need a single hero to hard-carry damage, Norah isn’t that.

• Value depends on comp: Combined Arms is specifically for Infantry+Marksman.

• Defense (garrison/structures): Strong when you can leverage Defender bonus + control.

• Rallies: Utility frontline that boosts team damage and reduces incoming damage during Momentum windows.

• Arena: Usable as disruptive frontline (stun + AoE), but often replaced by pure tanks or DPS later.

📈 Upgrade priorities (simple)

1) Stars: 3★–4★ for functional utility; 5★ mainly if she’s part of your core defense/rally lineup.

2) Skills: Expedition skills (Momentum, Combined Arms) are priority for Rally leaders; Exploration skills for Arena control.

3) Gear: Lancer HP/DEF first (she needs to live to trigger Momentum).

4) Exclusive Weapon: High priority if you use her for defense (Disruptor + True Grit are the big value points).

💎 F2P vs P2W (recommendations)

• F2P: Situational build. Prioritize Gen 5 Lucky Wheel (Hector) and the main DPS (Gwen) first. Build Norah slowly via General Shards/Daily Deals if you need a defensive Lancer.

• P2W: Great investment for organized wars/defense. Push stars + weapon to maximize stun uptime and mitigation windows.

✅ TL;DR

Norah is a Gen 5 Legendary Lancer built around control and team-wide power swings. She shines most in rallies and defense — especially with her Snow Cruiser weapon — and is less about personal DPS carry.
